The generated proposal is adapted as necessary, and further iterations used to create the constituent elements: icebreaker, participant activity prompts, supporting collateral, and exercise templates. Facilitators gain time from a cold start to concentrate fine-tuning materials and planning the stakeholder management.

Homogenization
Workshops designed from AI drafts converge on a recognisable shape: opening icebreaker, divergent generation, dot-voting, synthesis readout. The structure is competent and the outputs are presentable, but repeated use produces workshops that feel interchangeable and that stop surprising the organisation into new framings.
Deskilling
Facilitators who delegate workshop design to AI may lose practice in the judgment that distinguishes a productive workshop from a performative one: which tensions to surface, when to slow the group down, which activity earns the time it costs.

Research and Insight
Workshop design crafts group cognition: knowing which divergent and convergent activities work best; when a a silent individual pass should precede discussion; and how to manage energy across the session. AI can produce useful support, but success depends upon the facilitator's read of the room, sensitivity to politics, and ability to drive the group towards the target decisions.
