Scenario Generation

Value hypothesis

Produces believable, research grounded use scenarios, allowing expert evaluation of product fit, and supporting stakeholder understanding of product direction, during concept development.

Velocity · Quality

The designer describes the product, target users, and context of use, and iterates generate narrative design scenarios - stories describing how a user might interact with the product in real life. Output materials may range from storyboards to comics to videos, whatever is most effective for communicate intent to stakeholders, or see how customers respond to the concept.

Risks in application

Empathy Gap

Generated scenarios may be structurally plausible but emotionally and contextually thin, missing the situational complexity, social dynamics, and institutional pressures that make scenarios genuinely useful.

Shallow Solutions

Scenarios may appear realistic and well-grounded while encoding assumptions about user behavior that research has not established, producing false confidence in design directions not yet properly validated.

Expertise that differentiates

Research and Insight

Checking scenario believability against known user goals, situational constraints, and behavioral patterns, to avoid adopting those which sound plausible but would not arise in actual use.

AI Fluency that assures

Process Description

Source strategy and management to assure generation is grounded in coherent insights; controlling against bias contamination from stakeholder assumptions or preferences.
